Applying to DOU and registration process:

1. Obtaining the application form and handbook by:

(1.1) Downloading the application form from http://www.dou.us or http://www.dou-ca.org
(1.2) Requesting for the form and handbook:

- A fee of 120 Baht is required
- Payment can be made by money order or personal check
- Pay to:

DOU Admission Office
P.O. Box 69 Klong Luang
Patumthani, 12120
Thailand

(1.3) Purchasing an application form in person over at:

DOU Admission Office
Boon Anant Bldg. 1st Floor KeawManee complex
31 Moo 7, Klong Sam

The office is open from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 - 17:00.

2. Required Documents for applying to DOU:

(2.1) Completely-filled DOU application form
(2.2) Registration form, with registered courses indicated
(2.3) A photocopy of ID
(2.4) A photocopy of latest diploma/certificate (for Bachelor-degree candidates only)
(2.5) Two 2" photos, with first and last names written on the back of all photos

3. How to apply:

(3.1) for applicants in Thailand

(3.1.1) via postal service

(3.1.1.1) Send a check or money order, payable to "Panya Baramee foundation" or transfer the payment to

4. Proof of submission

After receiving the application, DOU office would contact the applicant directly. If all forms are correctly and completely filled, DOU would send the Student ID, along with the proof of registration to each student according to the home/mailing address, as specified in the application.
